Terms of Service

Welcome to Lagariya Labs. By accessing our website or utilizing our custom software development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Development Scope & Milestones

All custom software projects (Android apps, business tools, websites) are governed by a specific, signed project proposal. The proposal defines the deliverables, feature list, delivery timeline, and testing specifications. Any modifications to the project scope must be approved in writing by both parties.

2. Payment Schedule

Unless explicitly negotiated otherwise, our standard development project payment terms are:

• 40% Upfront: Billed to initiate development work.
• 40% Milestone: Billed upon delivery of testable alpha/beta build.
• 20% Delivery: Billed upon final verification, prior to source code transfer and deployment.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of the custom source code, assets, database structures, and configurations shifts to the Client. Lagariya Labs retains the right to display screenshots and case studies of the software in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.

4. Maintenance & Support

Every software delivery includes 30 days of free support covering major bugs and crash resolutions. Additional long-term support, package updates, OS compatibility updates, and feature revisions require active enrollment in our monthly App Maintenance Retainer.

5. Limitation of Liability

Lagariya Labs is not liable for business interruptions, data losses, or policy changes initiated by third-party platforms (such as the Google Play Console, API platforms, hosting providers, or database endpoints).
